Warranty Policy

The warranty information for catalytic converters is as follows:

CARB Converter Warranty:

  • Limited 50,000-mile construction Limited 50,000-mile emission

Federal/EPA Converter Warranty:

  • Limited 50,000-mile construction Limited 25,000-mile emission

Installer Form for Warranty Certificate

This form is to be completed by the installer and returned to the manufacturer. It requires the following information:

  1. Dealer information: Please provide the complete name, address, and phone number of the dealership for identification purposes.

  2. Customer information: Include the complete name, address, and phone number of the customer to ensure accurate record-keeping and communication.

  3. Vehicle details: Fill in the vehicle's make, year, model, engine size, mileage, and the date of installation to accurately identify and document the vehicle.

  4. Part number: Specify the part number of the installed component to ensure proper identification and warranty coverage.

  5. Installation Statement: The installer must complete the Installation Statement, providing a detailed explanation of the reason for the replacement of the original component.

  6. Signatures and dates: Both the vehicle owner and the installer are required to sign and date the Warranty Certificate/Installation Statement to acknowledge the completion of the installation and acceptance of the terms.

Catalytic Converter Warranty Statement Installer’s Copy:

To be retained by Installer with copy of the invoice for six (6) months.

Customer’s Copy:

To be retained by the vehicle owner.

In order to make a warranty claim, it is necessary to provide proof of purchase from an authorized retailer. The original product covered under warranty can only be returned or exchanged for a product with the same part number. No other warranties, whether expressed or implied (including merchantability), apply to the products, and no individual, including the manufacturer, is authorized to assume any other warranty. Dealers and distributors do not have the authority to make warranty judgments or claims on behalf of Pulcherflow products. Only the terms stated in the warranty apply. The manufacturer holds no liability for any consequential damages resulting from the product, including inconvenience, service interruption, or shipping issues. All warranty returns must be authorized with a return authorization number. Products returned to Pulcherflow without proper authorization and documentation may be refused. Freight charges are not covered and are the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover the cost of labor or additional parts required to install a replacement Federal/EPA catalytic converter.

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary from state to state. In some states, the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages may not be allowed, so the above limitation or exclusion may not be applicable to you.

The warranties stated in this document are exclusive, and unless otherwise mandated by applicable law, Pulcherflow does not make any other warranties or authorize any other warranties to be made regarding the product.
