Any acquisitions of Pulcherflow products conducted outside of  pulcherflow.net are subject to the shipping and returns policies as specified by the individual reseller(s).

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Destinations: Pulcherflow products available on pulcherflow.net can be shipped to addresses within the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Please note that we currently do not ship to addresses in California (CA), Colorado (CO), New York (NY), or Maine (ME).

Accepted Shipping Methods: We offer multiple reliable shipping methods through reputable carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Address Verification: Ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout process is accurate. We will ship the item to the address specified at the time of payment. If an outdated or invalid address is used, and the item cannot be located, we cannot be held responsible for shipping a replacement.

Shipping Charges and Sales Tax: Shipping charges and any applicable sales tax will be clearly presented before you finalize your order. These costs are contingent on the accuracy of the provided postal code.

Item Availability and Notifications: If an item is temporarily unavailable, customers have the option to be notified as soon as the product becomes available for shipping.

Order Processing and Confirmation: Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays) will typically be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days following the completion or clearance of payment. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday. Customers will receive an email confirmation after successfully placing an order and another notification once the order has been shipped.

Tracking Information: If you do not receive a shipping notification with a tracking number within 1-3 business days of placing your order, please don't hesitate to contact our support team for prompt assistance.

Estimated Delivery Times: For shipments within the United States, the estimated delivery time is generally 1-5 working days. For other countries, please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. Please be aware that occasionally, longer delivery times may occur due to reduced airline frequencies and border inspections.

RETURNS POLICY

At Pulcherflow, we aim for your complete satisfaction with our products. We offer a 45-day returns policy for all products that are unused and still in their original packaging, effective from the date of shipping.

Here's how our returns policy works:

45 Days - Any returns made within the first 45 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are eligible for a full purchase price refund, excluding return shipping costs. No restocking fee will be applied in this timeframe.

46-90 Days - Returns made between 46 and 90 days will also be handled on a case-by-case basis. However, they are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price, in addition to the deduction of return shipping costs.

90+ Days - Unfortunately, returns beyond 90 days from the date of shipping will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, with the exception of warranty claims. For warranty-related inquiries, please contact us directly.

  1. Return Shipping Fees:

    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, except for warranty-related returns.
    • For non-warranty returns, the customer must cover the cost of shipping the product back to Pulcherflow facilities.
  2. Prepaid Return Label:

    • Pulcherflow will provide the customer with a prepaid return label.
    • It is mandatory to use the provided prepaid return label when shipping the product back.
    • Returns received without the prepaid return label will not be accepted.
  3. Return Process for Warranty Returns:

    • If the return is due to a product defect covered under warranty, the customer is eligible for a full refund.
    • Pulcherflow will cover the return shipping cost for warranty-related returns.
    • To submit a warranty claim, the customer should follow the normal return process and select "Warranty Defect" as the reason.
    • The customer must use the prepaid shipping label provided by Pulcherflow for warranty returns.
    • Once the defective product is inspected and confirmed, the customer will receive a full refund without any deduction for return shipping fees.
  4. Return Processing Time:

    • Pulcherflow requires up to 5 business days to inspect returned items.
    • If any issues arise during the return process, Customer Service will contact the customer.
    • Refunds will be processed by the 5th business day and the customer will be notified via email.
    • The refund amount will be credited to the customer's original payment method.
    • For customers who made the purchase using a credit card, they should contact their card issuer to determine the average timeframe for the refund to be posted.
  5. Initiating a Return:

    • To initiate a return, the customer should visit the designated page.
    • The customer will need their order confirmation number and the email address associated with the order.
    • If the customer does not have their order number, they can contact Pulcherflow for assistance.
    • The customer should follow the instructions on the page to process the return.
